Outside: slight wear to corners of bag and to the velour on the handle. Velour is a little dirty on the handle too. Small hole in the front of the bag where there was previously a decorative flower, however this has fallen off the bag.
Inside: good, some faint signs of wear

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges within seven working days of the client receiving their order, and providing the item still has the tags attached and original packaging. The client will be asked to return the order. Once the order is received back, the client will be issued with store credit totalling to the same value of their original order. This store credit expires 14 days from its issue date.
