Is my item authentic?

At Vintimié, we authenticate all our pieces in-house. We have a collective experience of over 8 years in the luxury resale industry and also use AI / external verification platforms to authenticate each and every item on our website.

We offer our customers a 100% money back lifetime guarantee on all purchases made directly from our website.

Does my item come with paperwork or receipts?

Most our items are vintage and have had several previous owners. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that your item will come with its original authenticity card, or have it's original paperwork and/or dustbag. If the item does have original paperwork, receipts or dustbag, this will be noted in the description of the item.

For most items which do not come with original dustbags, Vintimié will provide a complimentary unbranded dustbag. Please check the individual item description.

Do you take sourcing requests?

If you're looking for a particular item which we currently do not have on our website, we recommend contacting us using the following link: Contact Us

Please let us know what item you are looking for, the colourway of the item (if applicable) and your budget. We will get back to you within 48 working hours.

Do you restore items?

Some of the items on our website have undergone professional restoration. If any restoration has occurred, this will be noted in the description of the item.

Please note that the restoration process is done externally.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £200.00.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. If you are placing an order from overseas, you may have to pay customs charges and/or import taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying any import taxes or customs charges raised by their local authorities.

We recommend checking the rates for your country prior to placing your order. You will be notified by the courier if there are customs charges to pay, but we also recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking of your order too. Usually, customs charges and/or taxes will need to be paid by the buyer before the item is delivered.

Vintimié is not responsible for any customs charges or import taxes raised. We have no control or involvement in this process and are not responsible for any delays caused by clearance issues in the destination country.

If you refuse a delivery by failing to pay the customs charges in time your order will be returned to us. You will be invoiced to re-pay the shipping costs to re-send the item. No refunds will be given.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept any returns.

We do offer exchanges within 7 days of the client receiving their order, and providing the item still has the tags attached and original packaging. The client will be asked to return the order. Once the order is received back, the client will be issued with store credit totalling to the same value of their original order. This store credit expires 14 days from its issue date.

Please note that all of our items are vintage and/or pre-loved. This means they will show some signs fo wear. We recommend checking the product images and descriptions carefully prior to placing your order.

There are no exceptions to our return and refund policy. By purchasing you are agreeing to our shop policies.
